how it works
Once we received your request, we will send a teaser gift in the post marking the beginning of your journey. In this initial stage they will be asked about their preferences in lingerie styles, colors and fit as well as their correct sizing. Your gift will also include a tape measure so you can kick off your experience with an intimate measuring date.

Now that we know their style preferences and correct sizing, we will commence the curation of ensembles. In our Sapphire & Diamond package, every set will be sent out at the end of the month to start the month with a surprise. In our Ruby package, the sets will be sent out approximately every 6 weeks for an unexpected surprise.

After every delivery, we will discretely touch base with your giftee in order to refine the lingerie selection based on their feedback. It is possible to exchange a look if they feel like it doesn't complement them in fit or aesthetic, simply notify us and a replacement set will be sent out.
